APPROACH
many product make the less sugar for their product but the product still sweet and unhealthy .To solve this problem we need to find some alternative to change the sugar into more healthy thing .
example for alternative to change the sugar and the benefit for this method :
1. Honey
Honey is sweetener make by bee using nectar from flower ,The variaty produced by honey bee

1. Helps to regulate blood sugar

2.increases calcium absorption

3. help to increase the immune system

4. It helps lose your weight

5. It clears up your skin

2. Setvia
Setvia is a herb plant with scientific name of stevia rebaudiana ,It is also know as sweet leaf ,sweet tree ,or sweet tea.It have extract contains a very low carbohydrate content ,but reaching up to 200-500 sweet like regular sugar . This leaf came from Paraguay and other people say the laef came from tropical and sun tropical South America and Central America ,Researchers in Brazil heard stories that a piece of stevia can sweeten bitter gourd and a cup of herbal tea chelate.

http://www.everstevia.com/questions.html

Interestingly, stevia is a natural sweetener that contains no calories and extract said 300 times sweeter than regular sugar. The study found that the main cause steviosid sweet it does not contain toxic.and alternative material for hypertension patients. Now millions of people in Brazil and Japan uses stevia as a food flavoring and natural sweeteners,Japan's population is the biggest consumer of stevia to sweeten almost all food products including pickles, soft drinks and chocolate.

In fact, the company reported drink manufacturers such as Coca Cola uses stevia extract in lieu of NutraSweet and saccharin for their products marketed in Japan, Brazil and Canada.

some famous company already use this selvia in their product ,for example coca cola product come with coca cola life, This product marketed in japan ,Brazil ,Argentina .Other product is sprite zero .Benefits of stevia :

Coca-cola life

Most unique feature about Stevia is that it is a natural sweetener that contains no calories. In traditional belief, stevia has zero calories, fat, cholesterol, sugar and carbohydrates.

Stevia in commercially grown in China, Japan, Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil, Latin American countries, India, Canada, Thailand and some far eastern countries as well as the latest in Malaysia.menjadikan it increasingly popular especially for people who want to limit their intake of carbohydrates and avoid diabetes. In addition, stevia was also found to treat high blood pressure, reduce levels of uric acid and obesity.

3.dark chocolate
Dark chocolate is good for you heart ,when eat a small amount of dark chocolate two or three time each week can help lower your blood pressure and also improves blood,Dark chocolate also help control blood sugar ,It also high in vitamins and minerals that can support your health. And thie also can increases blood flow to the brain as well as to the heart ,also helps reduce your risk of stroke

dark chocolate

So I choose stevia as my alternative for reduce the sugar ,I don't choose honey because that is similar with honey star and if I use dark chocolate people will confuse that is froot loops or coco crunch because people already know froot loops is a multicolored the taste from natural fruit flavors. So I just change the sugar into stevia it more healthy with zero calories.
