is breakfast cereal fruit-flavored produced by Kellogg's and sold in many country .The cereal come with ring-shaped and bright color other same time a blend of fruit flavors .This product introduced Froot Loops in September 1962.the first color for froot loops is red ,orange and yellow but Green ,purple and blue were added during the 1990s .Below is example of packaging for froot loops

The Character of froot loops

Toucan are member of the family ramphastidae of near passerine birds from the neotrapics there are about 40 different kind of toucans.they vary in size from about 7 inches is a little over two feet they have short and thick neck .toucan are distinguished by large ,colorful ,yet lightweight bill .The color of the bill may be black,blue,brown ,green,red,white,yellow or a combination of color .The bright color on his bill help to attract a mate ,toucan also have a narrow ,feather like tongue they can be noisy birds with their calls sounding harsh and raspy.Toucan tongue is long (up to 14-15 cm or 6 inches)

for this product the target market usually for kid but I want make this product adult also can taste this product .

CHALLENGE

Froot loops is the longer product at market but many people don't know about this product ,And froot loops ts to 10 the worst cereals (http://www.ibtimes.com/top-10-worst-kids-cereals-honey-smacks-froot-loops-capn-crunch-high-reports-list-380736 ) ,The challenge for this product is sugar level the main factor ,even this product already reduces their sugar level into 11.0g people still can argue this product a sweet and unhealthy .(http://usatoday30.usatoday.com/news/health/2005-03-21-cereals_x.htm) because the high sugar level it can cause a diabetes and oral problem(http://www.tribecasmiles.com/blog/) for kid .and other challenge this product how to create awareness to make people know this product is healthy food .

APPROACH
many product make the less sugar for their product but the product still sweet and unhealthy .To solve this problem we need to find some alternative to change the sugar into more healthy thing .
example for alternative to change the sugar and the benefit for this method :
1. Honey
Honey is sweetener make by bee using nectar from flower ,The variaty produced by honey bee

2. Setvia
Setvia is a herb plant with scientific name of stevia rebaudiana ,It is also know as sweet leaf ,sweet tree ,or sweet tea.It have extract contains a very low carbohydrate content ,but reaching up to 200-500 sweet like regular sugar . This leaf came from Paraguay and other people say the laef came from tropical and sun tropical South America and Central America ,Researchers in Brazil heard stories that a piece of stevia can sweeten bitter gourd and a cup of herbal tea chelate.

Interestingly, stevia is a natural sweetener that contains no calories and extract said 300 times sweeter than regular sugar. So I choose stevia as my alternative for reduce the sugar ,I don't choose honey because that is similar with honey star and if I use dark chocolate people will confuse that is froot loops or coco crunch because people already know froot loops is a multicolored the taste from natural fruit flavors. So I just change the sugar into stevia it more healthy with zero calories.
