- Gangrene is condition characterized by obstructed blood supply that causes death f the death tissue .
- it can effect any part of body but normally can effect at leg finger, hand and arms.
- All diabetes patients can get gangrene because can exposed to other problems.
TYPE OF GANGRENE
DRY
- spreads slowly through of tissue where the hemolyzed blood supply .This effect will dry and dark because of hemoglobin red cells , if the tissue it not removed surgery it called auto amputation including Diabetes 1 and 2
WET
- Because of infection and need a emergency care treatment happen naturally moist tissue and organs such as the mouth lungs .
- The tissue will smell and have bad smell usually wet gangrene happen very fast it because venous blockage of arterial blood flow
SYMPTOMS OF GANGRENE
- Pain at affected area
- change color into red to brown or black at effected area
- affects area turns cold
- numbness in the affected areas.
